Rick Mendoza, Sr. and his son, Rick Mendoza, Jr., recognized the fundamental problem. In the midst of fancy lingo and exaggerated promises, the most critical part of any real estate transaction was too often being neglected…people. As a result, Team Mendoza was born, fueled by a mission to transform the real estate experience for all of our customers.

RICK MENDOZA, SR.
Rick Mendoza, Sr., founder and CEO of JAM Construction and Development, is a licensed general contractor who has been serving Central Florida for over 20 years. Due to his extensive level of expertise in construction, he is uniquely qualified to advise our clients regarding home construction in ways that, frankly, most other real estate agents do not have the knowledge or background to match.
Rick Mendoza, Jr. graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance. He became a Realtor© in 2013 and quickly developed a reputation for simple and transparent communication throughout the real estate process. His goal is for each customer to thoroughly understand all financial options available to them so they can make the best financial decision with their hard-earned money.
